Save time when writing your agendas with Beenote’s duplication features.

You can start writing an agenda from the duplication of a published minutes or from the duplication of an agenda for an upcoming meeting.

This feature is especially useful for recurring meetings. Do you have similar meetings that come back to your agenda on a regular basis?

Be faster when writing your agenda by duplicating the one from the last meeting.

Duplicate from a Published Minutes

1.From the left menu on your Beespace, click on Minutes.

2.You will then be directed to the Minutes page. This is where you will find all the minutes of the meetings that have been published.

Find the minutes you wish to duplicate.

3.On the right side of the screen, click on the three dots to open a drop-down menu.

4.Click Duplicate meeting.

5.The duplicate minutes will become a completed agenda with the same title followed by the number (2) at the end to clearly identify it. The minutes will then open as a completed agenda.

6. Select the pen icon to edit the basic information (name, date, time, location, attendees and guests) to create a new agenda.

7.Keep the topics and information you wish to keep. Edit or delete the rest of the content to create your new agenda.

8.Save your agenda by clicking Confirm

Duplicate an Agenda for an Upcoming Meeting

1.From My Meetings in the left menu, find the meeting for which you want to duplicate the agenda.

2.View the desired agenda.

3.On the right side of the screen, click on the three small dots to open a drop-down menu.

4.Click Duplicate meeting.

5.The minutes will then open as a completed agenda.

6.Change the basic information (name, date, time, location, attendees and guests) to create a new meeting.

7.Keep the topics and information you wish to keep. Edit or delete the rest of the content to create your new agenda.
8.Save your agenda by clicking on Confirm
