Integrate Beenote into your Microsoft Outlook Calendar

With Microsoft 365 integration, set up meetings with Beenote that will automatically add to your Outlook Calendar.

Log in to your Microsoft account

1. Log in to Beenote with your Microsoft account*.

2.Once in Beenote, go to Account Settings (menu in the top right corner) and click on Integration.

* It is important to accept the conditions to have access to the integration.

3.Click on Integration.

4.Press Activate.

Your Microsoft Calendar is now synchronized with Beenote.

Log out of your Microsoft account

It is possible to deactivate your Microsoft account. You just have to follow the same steps:

1.At the top right of your Beespace window, select Account Settings.

2.Click on Integrations.

3.Select Disconnect in the box where Microsoft and To Do are located.

You are now logged out of this feature.

Use Beenote and add your meetings to your calendar

When scheduling a future meeting,
3 Microsoft Outlook Calendar options are available:

Create a new event
Associate with an existing event
Do not associate to the calendar

Create a new event

When you Create a new event, your meeting will automatically be added to your calendar once you confirm the agenda.

Please note that there may be a delay of a few minutes before you see it in your calendar.

In Draft mode, the meeting does not appear in the calendar. It must be confirmed.

If you want to associate your agenda with an existing event in your Outlook calendar, you need to select Link to an existing event and choose the event to link.

Then you will get the following message:

Your agenda is now associated with your event in your calendar and your participants’ events.

Please note that there may be a delay of a few minutes before you see it in your calendar.

If you do not want to associate your agenda with your Outlook calendar, you must select Do not link with calendar.

Use the Beenote plug-in for more powerful features

If you want full integration with Beenote, we suggest you download the Outlook plug-in.

You will be able to :

– Write the agenda directly in your calendar event
– Start the meeting directly from the calendar
– Add your agenda to the email invitation

If you want to do the integration to use Beenote from Outlook, just download the application from the Microsoft store.
