Integrate Beenote into your Google Calendar

Integration with Google Worspace – Google Calendar makes it easier and faster to schedule meetings!

Use a single calendar for a quick overview of all your upcoming meetings! Forget all these email to find out the availability of everyone. All this is done within your calendar.

Log in to your Google account

To get started, sign in to Beenote with Google*.


1.Once in Beenote, press the arrow next to the avatar, at the top right corner of the window.

2.Go to Account Settings.


3.Then click Integration.

4.Click on Enable.

Your Google Calendar is now synchronized with Beenote.


Log out to your Google account

It is possible to deactivate your Google account. You just have to do the same steps: the top right corner of your Beespace window, select Account Settings.

2.Click on Integrations.

3.Select Disconnect in the box where Google Calendar and Google Tasks are located.

You are now logged out of this feature.


Use Beenote and add your Google Calendar to your meetings

 When scheduling a future meeting with Google Calendar
3 options are available:

Create a new event
Associate to an existing event
Do not associate to the calendar

* It is important to accept the conditions to have access to the integration with Google Agenda.

Create a new event

When you create a new event, your meeting will automatically be added to your calendar upon confirmation of the agenda.

Please note there may be a delay of a few minutes before you see it in your calendar.

In Draft mode, the meeting does not appear in the calendar. It must be confirmed.


If you want to link your agenda to an existing event in your Google Calendar, you must select Link to an existing event and choose the event to link to.


Your agenda is now associated with your event in your calendar and with your participants. 

Please note there may be a delay of a few minutes before you see it in your calendar.


If you do not want to associate your agenda with your Google Calendar, you must select Do not associate with calendar.



Secretary mode
For confidential note-taking during your board or committee meeting, depending on the authorized participants. Your agenda content becomes private in real time.
